Ability to understand the organization’s culture and defined initiatives to generate higher employee satisfaction . As a HR manager must be Able to manage payroll, expenses, invoicing, general admin and travel related matters through a team of multiple individuals.

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
- Masters from a recognized Institute or University
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Ability to identify departmental vacancies initiate recruiting process, interact with external job agencies, source candidates, conduct interviews, the process offers letters leading to induction.
- Capable enough to handle the complete recruitment process cycle and on boarding employees with out any help
- Exceptional communication skills to manage all communication related queries
- The individual will be responsible for entire scope of the HR department activities within the organization.
- A key responsibility of individual would be to create a high-throughput recruiting organization.
- Ability to lead individuals managing different functions in the organization passion for excellence, discipline, and consistency
- Ability to create a high-energy culture and to attract high-quality talent to make an employer of choice
